Yes, it is possible. There are no age restrictions.

Is payment required at the time of reservation? If not, when and how do I pay?
You can choose either "Pay at Store" or "Prepayment."
Can I book a specific car model, or can I only select a vehicle class?
You can select a vehicle class, but you cannot specify a vehicle model.

If I return the car to a different location from where I rented it, will there be an additional charge?
Generally, no additional fees apply when returning the vehicle to a different branch within the same prefecture.
However, a one-way fee will be charged when returning to a branch in another prefecture.

Can I register an additional driver?
Yes, it is possible. Please bring the required documents to the store for confirmation. There is no additional charge.
What kind of insurance is included in the rental fee?
Basic coverage is included with rental vehicles.

Even in the case of a single-vehicle accident, be sure to report it to the police and contact the designated contact number provided by the store.

No, we cannot keep your vehicle.

What should I do if I cannot arrive on time due to delays in public transportation?
We will hold your vehicle for one hour from the scheduled rental start time. However, if we do not hear from you, we may release your reservation.
