Going to the Store
Items to Bring
Pick-up
After reception and confirmation, depart with your rental car
The following will be conducted at the store:

Return
Return the vehicle within the rental time to the designated store.
Please return during business hours.
If you are unable to return the vehicle within the scheduled time, please contact the pick-up location branch in advance.
Please return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
*Please bring the receipt from a gas station within 5 km.
Examples of cases requiring additional charges
If returning without refueling
If you return the vehicle without refueling for your convenience, you will be charged based on a separately specified per-kilometer conversion rate. Please note that charges calculated under this method will be higher than standard market fuel prices.
A JPY 550 charging fee will apply upon return for eco/green cars.
If the return time has changed
If you wish to change your rental details after departure or expect to be late for return, please contact the pick-up location in advance. If changes are possible, any additional charges must be paid at the time of return.
If using an ETC card
If you use our ETC card rental plan, highway tolls will be settled at the counter upon return.
