If you cancel your booking, a prescribed cancellation fee will be charged.
The cancellation fee varies depending on the timing of cancellation.
About Booking Cancellation
If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fee will apply. Please see below for the cancellation procedures.
7 days before pick-up date

From 6 days to the day of pick-up
Online cancellation is not available. Please cancel by contacting the store by phone or via the inquiry form.
※If you are in a hurry, please contact us by phone.
- Cancellations from 6 days to the day of pick-up cannot be processed online and will incur a prescribed cancellation fee. (If cancelling due to schedule or reservation changes, please inform us.)
- In case of changes, cancellations, or delays, please be sure to contact the store by phone or via the inquiry form.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee is capped at ¥15,000 (tax exempt) for all classes.
About Reservation Changes
If You Wish to Change Date, Vehicle Type, or Location
Reservation details may be changed depending on vehicle availability.
If you wish to make changes, please complete the procedure as early as possible.
- Depending on the timing, changes may be treated as a cancellation.
- If the rental start date is near, please cancel your booking and make a new reservation.
- Changing the return location may incur a one-way fee.
